It all started when…

"I moved to London in 2001, met an amazing family who inspired me to design, moved back to my hometown of Portland, enrolled in the Art Institute, started my design career, watched, learned, & grew for 10 years & finally started my independent business in 2016."

A (rare) native Oregonian, after finishing her studies in Interior Design at the Art Institute of Portland, Lacy started pursuing her design career in 2006.  Passionate about the way people live in and interact with their homes, Lacy was determined to make Interior Design her career. Through intentional design choices, Lacy’s goal is to help others transform their houses into cohesive & thoughtful homes.  After 10 years of working in design showrooms, with the support of her husband, Lacy took the leap to start her own design company – Lacy Keller Interiors.

p.s. Lacy has super deep loves for the following........

I like a good pun or a dumb dad-joke - give me something silly to smirk about.

Yoga, Baja Mexico, and spending time at my pool, or with my cat & hubs.

I love So I Married An Axe Murderer (best movie ever made), but I also love the classics. I love antiques, curiosities & oddities. Happy Cup Coffee, Rose (all day!), and breakfast all-day too.

Traveling to new cities & road-trips - especially driving East through the Gorge on I-84 - from just past Mosier to the Idaho border - on a sunny day, with the sunroof open and the music off.

Bespoke.

Lacy’s direction is driven by an appreciation of everyone's unique life story, and her mission is to create beautiful and personalized spaces that serve as a connection to the things you are most passionate about. Lacy can help clients who are still discovering their style, or can simply provide insight & guidance to those who already have a design in mind.

Earnest.

Lacy’s expertise shines through where design meets function. With over 15 years of experience designing for residential builders, remodelers and homeowners, Lacy works with her clients by helping them select the right materials for each area of the home and educating them about their products along the way. Lacy’s inspiration comes from travels abroad and experiences close to home. Every single space - simple or extraordinary - offers inspiration.

Interiors.

The design process is often intimidating and overwhelming – but with Lacy’s approach, it is tailored, sincere, easygoing and unpretentious. Lacy sees each home as a unique project that should reflect each client’s wishes while respecting the roots of the home.  Lacy’s designs have been showcased in modest spec homes to high-end custom homes - including the Portland Street of Dreams, and the Tour of Remodeled Homes.

Well-connected in the Pacific Northwest, Lacy’s network includes accomplished builders, contractors, artisans & design professionals who are able to work closely with each client to develop and implement concepts into reality.
